Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-18 · Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Ryzoro LLC ("Ryzoro", "we", "us"), of Laughlin, Nevada, and the business that signs up for and uses our field-service software ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Ryzoro provides online software for running a field-service business: customers, scheduling, routes, a field app for your team, estimates, invoices and payments, and reports.
What you can use depends on your plan. Essentials includes everything except route optimization and snow events. Pro includes everything. Plans, prices and what each includes are shown in the app under Settings → Plan.
2. Your account and your team
- You must give accurate sign-up information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everyone you invite to your company's account (owners, office staff and technicians) and for what they do in it.
- Keep passwords and two-step sign-in devices safe. Tell us right away if you think someone used your account without permission.
- You must be at least 18 and have the authority to accept these terms for your business.
- If your plan includes the customer portal, your own customers can sign in to see and pay their own invoices, estimates and visits. You decide who to invite, and you are responsible for keeping their email addresses correct.
3. Free trial and plans
- New companies start with a free 30-day trial with the Essentials features, for 1 office user and 2 field-app users. No card is needed to start.
- When a trial ends without a plan, the account becomes read-only: you can see and export your data but not add work. If no plan is chosen within 90 days after the trial ends, the company's data is permanently deleted.
- Only the account owner can choose or change the plan.
- Moving up to a higher plan, or adding users, takes effect right away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and only once your team fits the smaller plan.
- If you choose Pro during the free trial, you are charged right away and the free trial ends that day. If you choose Essentials during the trial, your first charge is on the day the trial would have ended.
4. Fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, to the card on file, through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees do not include any taxes that apply.
- Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price (2 months free). Extra users are always billed monthly, including on a yearly plan.
- Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect right away: the unused part of your current month is credited, and your year starts that day. Switching from yearly to monthly, or to a lower plan, takes effect when the paid year ends.
- Early adopter prices: the first 20 companies to subscribe get a lower price that stays the same for as long as the subscription continues without a break. If the subscription ends, the early adopter price is gone and a returning company pays the regular price. Moving between Essentials and Pro keeps the early adopter rate for the new plan.
- If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card. If it isn't paid within 7 days, the subscription ends and the account becomes read-only.
- We may change regular prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Early adopter prices don't change while the subscription continues.
- You can cancel at any time in the app. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Payments are not refunded, including for partly used months.
- Optional white-glove setup (importing your data, setting up your services and prices, inviting your team, and a one-hour training call) is free for the first 20 companies and a one-time fee after that, quoted before any work starts.
5. Payments you take from your customers
If you take card or bank payments through the service, they are processed by Stripe under its own terms (stripe.com/legal), which you accept when you connect your Stripe account. Your customers pay you directly: you are the seller, Stripe's processing fees are charged to your Stripe account, and you are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds and disputes.
6. Your data
- You own the data you and your team put into the service, including your customers' details. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information, and for any notices or consents the law requires.
- You can export your data at any time. When an account is closed, its data is permanently deleted 30 days later. Ask us before then if you need an export.
7. Messages to your customers
The service can send emails to your customers on your behalf, such as estimates, invoices, receipts, reminders and review requests. You are responsible for having their permission where the law requires it, and for following anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act. If texting is added later, laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) will apply to texts you send.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, upload harmful files, try to get into other companies' accounts or data, share your login with people outside your company, resell the service, or overload, copy or reverse-engineer it.
The AI assistant's answers may be wrong: check important information, especially numbers, in the app before you rely on it.
9. Other services
Some features use other companies' services: Supabase (database and sign-in), Railway (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google Maps Platform (maps, addresses and route planning), Anthropic (the AI assistant), and GoHighLevel if you connect it. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.
10. Availability, support and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance. We don't promise a specific uptime. We may change or improve features; if we remove something important to your plan, we'll tell you first.
Support: email hello@ryzoro.com or call or text (702) 509-6367. We reply within one business day.
To help you, Ryzoro support may view your account read-only, for up to an hour at a time. Support can't change, send, charge or download anything, never signs in as you, and every view is logged with its reason and shown to the account's owner. The owner can turn this off in Settings → Ryzoro support access.
11. Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time by canceling your plan. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay; where reasonable we'll give notice first. Sections 6 (data deletion), 12, 13, 14 and 15 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that route times, maps or calculations will always be exact. You remain responsible for your business decisions, records, taxes and legal compliance, including chemical application records and any reports you must file.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ryzoro is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused it.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and cover Ryzoro against claims from others that arise from your use of the service, your data, the messages you send, or your breaking these terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us agree to those courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date are at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect.
